- Technical survey data (for commissioned work): measurements, photos, notes and project data required to produce your survey pack.

Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers to operate the website and communications. Where we do, they may process data on our behalf to deliver the service.
Client imagery and marketing
Client-identifiable reports and photos are not published without consent. Any marketing imagery is only used with explicit consent and with identifying details removed.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for delivering services and operating the business. You can request deletion where applicable.
Vertex Portal app
The Vertex Portal iOS app extends our website service. Below is what we collect through the app and how we use it.
App data collection
- Account info: email and name for login.
- Device identifiers: push notification token for booking reminders.
- Location: approximate location when you permit it, for survey and booking accuracy.
- Photos/camera: when you add images to surveys or bookings.
- Microphone/speech: when you use the voice booking assistant.
App purposes
- To deliver the Vertex Portal service (bookings, surveys, quality checks, calendar).
- To send push notifications (booking reminders, updates).
- To provide voice interaction with the booking assistant.
Sharing
Same principles as the website: we do not sell your data. We use processors only to run the service.
